Happy New Year 2010 to you all !

The last 3 months of our life has been eventful, exciting and at times stressful (with quite a few anxious moments) but we got a lot of things accomplished in a short span of time some of which included the following: massive repair of our Texas home to prepare it for sale (this process took about 3-4 weeks), sale of our Texas home within a week of its listing (I'm not bragging... it was true....I got a bit lucky there), brought my family to Tampa, Fl., bought a nice house at Riverview, Fl (after extensive house hunting), shifted our household goods from storage to our new home, moved into our new Florida home, had a fantastic time with our kids during Christmas during their brief visit and finally we are settling down. Everything happened per plan with pin point precision which was unbelievable !! As we get into the swing of things in our new Florida home, we welcome you all to our new home and we wish each and every one of you a Happy, Healthy, Safe and Prosperous New Year !!
